It all began in a small kitchen on Marco Island, Florida, where founder Marco Deluca perfected his grandmother's recipe — a dough that ferments for 48 hours, a sauce made from hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, and toppings sourced fresh every morning. What started as a neighborhood secret quickly became a destination.

Growing demand leads to a full kitchen renovation and the addition of a wood-fired oven imported from Naples. The expanded menu introduces calzones, salads, and the now-legendary "Marco's Special" pizza.
