No prior restaurant experience is required. Our comprehensive training program covers everything from food preparation and kitchen operations to front-of-house management and financial reporting. A passion for great food and strong business drive are what matter most.

Total investment varies by tier: Express Kiosk from $80K, Standard Pizzeria from $200K, and Flagship Premium from $450K. This includes franchise fee, equipment, build-out, initial inventory, and working capital. We require a minimum of $50,000 in liquid capital.

Typically 4–9 months from application approval to grand opening. The timeline depends on your location's permitting process, construction/build-out, and training completion. Our team will provide a detailed timeline during your discovery call.

Marcos has relationships with SBA-approved lenders and financial partners who specialize in franchise financing. We can connect you with these resources and help you prepare a strong loan application. Our FDD also qualifies for SBA loan programs.

Yes. Many of our top-performing franchisees own multiple locations. Multi-unit rights are available and often come with reduced fees for additional units. The Flagship Premium tier includes multi-unit expansion rights as part of the agreement.

Franchisees pay a 6% royalty on gross sales and contribute 2% to the national marketing fund. These fees give you full access to the Marcos brand, supply chain network, technology platform, ongoing training, and marketing support throughout your agreement term.
